- One-on-One Mentoring Sessions:
- You may request a full refund if you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, no refund will be provided.
- In the event of a no-show (i.e., you do not attend the session without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
- Group Mentoring Sessions and Workshops:
- You may request a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.
- In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
3. How to Request a Refund
