  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

5. Fees and Payment

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies for our services are as follows:

  • You may cancel your mentoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UPIDEV or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct
